Specializing in residential and luxury properties, Richard excels in negotiating and new construction. His broad client base, ranging from first-time homebuyers to luxury property investors, appreciates his extensive knowledge and commitment to their needs.
Before becoming a realtor, Richard attended the University of Houston, where he earned an associate’s degree in business management. He began by assisting with leasing apartments, then soon was promoted and became a property manager. Richard has a heart for community service and has volunteered at numerous catering events for the homeless in the Houston area. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service and has designed innovative procedures to increase revenue and sales.
